Semantic HTML is legible for humans and developers, it concerns the layout and organization of information on the webpage. Structured content uses small chunks of content that is readable by AI and algorithms.
They work together by creating presentational markup and easy to find information through a search engine. It's important to have structured content and semantic HTML becuase your webpage needs to be easy to read by users and your content should be easy to access by machines and AI. This is so that information from your webpage can be seen and accessed by anyone on any device.

To banish my inner critic, I want to shift my thinking and focus. I'm currently overly critical of my abilities and how I could be doing better, but I need to acknowledge my capabilities and reframe my mindset. I'm betting on the neuroplasticity of my brain to form better habits when I use my inner critic as motivation to do more.
Hyperbolic discounting means that as time passes, you make smarter choices because you're faced with the things you put off for later. It also means that you procrastinate becuase in the moment, some things are less important and can be dealt with later.
